The Fine Print

Our sunglasses are handmade and will contain unique variations that make them each one-of-a-kind. Items may slightly vary in size, shape, color than what is shown on our website. We love to be able to offer our customers a piece that we hope is treasured for years to come.

We’re excited to be able to offer a lifetime warranty on all of our sunglasses. Should your sunglasses ever need to be repaired, simply send us a note with a description of the problem and proof of purchase information. We’ll provide return instructions for you to send the entire product along with a $19.00 money order for processing, handling, and return shipment cost. If the original retail cost of your sunglasses was $89.00 or above, the repair or replacement processing fee will increase to $39.00 at 45 days and beyond from the original purchase date. We recommend that customers ship returns in a way that is insurable and trackable and insured as we are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in the mail.


Shipping
We ship to addresses in the US and APO military addresses. Standard shipping is free on all orders or Priority Shipping may be selected at checkout for a nominal fee. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.

Customers are responsible for entering a valid shipping address at checkout. Should a parcel be returned back to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to redeliver their parcel to a new address. Alternatively, we can issue a credit for the value of the goods should a customer wish to order at a later date. If a customer enters an incorrect shipping address and a successful delivery is made to that address (without a return of parcel by the carrier), Spread Hope will not be responsible for replacing the items or providing a refund or credit.

For sanitary reasons, all sunglasses sales are final.

Items should be inspected for damage during shipping or other defects within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. If you find that merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Original packaging and the entire product must be retained to file a damage claim.


Backorders and out of stock
We make every effort to ensure our product line is in stock and ready for shipment. If for some reason an item ordered is not currently available, we will contact you to resolve the matter.
 
To redeem a sale, promotion, or discount, the applicable discount code must be entered at checkout as specified. Sales, promotions, or discounts are not valid on prior purchases. If you are having trouble redeeming an offer, please get in touch with us prior to completing checkout. We cannot retroactively apply a coupon or offer to a completed checkout.

Redeeming a discount
To redeem a sale, promotion, or discount, the applicable discount code must be entered at checkout as specified. Sales, promotions, or discounts are not valid on prior purchases and will not be honored retroactively. If you are having trouble redeeming a discount, contact us through the form on our website prior to placing your order.
